Step-by-Step Instructions

If you prefer to build a pricebook one item at a time, you can manually create each entry. Here’s how:

1. Open the Pricebooks section

From the ReshapeX Dashboard, navigate to Pricebooks on the left sidebar.

2. Create a new pricebook

Click Create Price Book and enter the following:
  • Name: Test Price Book
  • Vendor: Your vendor’s name (e.g. Reshape Automation)
  • Description: (Optional)
  • Region: North America
  • Currency: US Dollar
Click Create.

3. Add a manual product entry

Click to add a new line item within the pricebook. Fill in the fields:
  • Name: Cobalt Palletizer 50kg
  • SKU: CB50
  • Offering ID: Custom string or internal code
  • Price: 125,000
  • Cadence: One Time
  • Taxable: Yes or No
  • Lead Time: 14 days (or however long fulfillment takes)
  • Minimum Lead Time: 14 days (if different, adjust accordingly)

4. Save and repeat

Click Save, and repeat the process to add as many line items as needed.
Manually creating pricebook entries is ideal when you have a smaller number of offerings or want precise control over each line. For larger datasets, consider using the CSV import method.
