Templates in ReshapeX allow you to standardize proposals and quotes for different use cases.1. Navigate to the Templates section
From the left-hand menu, click Templates to enter the template management view.2. Create a new template
Click + Create Template and fill in the basic details:- Name:
Budgetary Proposal Template - Description: (e.g.
Page template for budgetary quotes) - Visibility: Choose whether the template should be private (visible only to you) or shared (visible to your team)
3. Use the document editor
After creation, you’ll enter the built-in editor where you can:- Paste or write your proposal content
- Use personalization tokens such as:
{{company_name}}{{client_name}}{{company_address}}{{company_phone}}
- Format and structure the content to match your proposal style
- Leave a placeholder for your BOM (bill of materials) or other dynamic content
✨ The tokens will auto-populate when generating quotes using this template.
4. Save and reuse
Once finalized, save your template. It will now be available when creating new proposals or quotes in the system.Templates make it easy to scale your quoting process while maintaining consistency and professionalism across your team.
