Step-by-Step Instructions

The ReshapeX document editor lets you create rich, customized content inside your quotes and deliverables using blocks, formatting tools, and AI-assisted generation.

1. Open a quote

Start by navigating to an existing Quote and opening the document editor view.

2. Use the slash (/) command to add blocks

Press / inside the editor to bring up a full list of insertable elements:
  • Text block
  • Headings
  • Bulleted/Numbered/To-do lists
  • Tables
  • Code blocks
  • Images, videos, and audio
  • File uploads
You can also use the + button or the toolbar at the top of the editor for the same functionality.

3. Use AI to generate content

From the slash menu or inline prompt, choose AI → Generate Text and enter a prompt like:
