Only users with admin privileges can upload pricebooks in ReshapeX.1. Go to the Admin experience
Click your profile icon in the bottom left corner of the sidebar. Go to My Organization and click the button that looks like this: Update Organization This will open the Admin menu. Navigate to the Pricebooks tab.2. Create a new pricebook
Click Create Pricebook and fill in the form:- Name:
July Pricing Update - Vendor:
Reshape Automation - Region:
North America - Currency:
US Dollar
3. Choose CSV import
Once the pricebook is created, click Import Data and choose CSV as the source.4. Upload your file
Click Upload Files, select your CSV file, and choose the correct sheet (e.g.Sheet1).
Click Next to begin the field mapping process.
5. Map your fields
Map each column in your CSV to the appropriate pricebook attributes:- Name →
Description - Price →
COGS - SKU →
SKU - Lead Time → (leave blank if not applicable)
- Offering ID →
SKU
6. Review and confirm
Click Next to review your mapped data, then click Finish to complete the import.Your pricebook is now uploaded and ready to use.
