The ReshapeX Assistant makes it easy to automatically extract requirements from your sales opportunities.1. Open an Opportunity
Click Opportunities in the sidebar and select an existing Opportunity.2. Review existing notes or context
Make sure your Opportunity includes relevant details — these help the assistant generate accurate requirements.3. Launch the ReshapeX Assistant
Inside the Opportunity, click the ReshapeX Assistant widget in the bottom right corner of your screen.4. Trigger requirement extraction
Type or select Extract Requirements in the assistant prompt. The assistant will analyze the context of the Opportunity and automatically generate a list of requirements based on your notes and inputs.You’ve now used the AI-powered assistant to pull structured requirements from freeform content—making it easier to scope projects, build proposals, and accelerate deal velocity.
